Support individual and organisational learning and development

Our clients face complex, messy challenges. We aim to help them learn from others, while avoiding the trap of assuming that something that worked well in one place can simply be replicated elsewhere.

Our preferred way of supporting organisational development is to carry out a reflective diagnostic phase followed by a programme of learning by doing.

Action research is an effective way of enabling people and organisations who are working on the same issue at the same time to learn from each other, and to capture key learning points for wider dissemination.

We are advocates of sector-led improvement and peer support. Wherever possible we capture lessons from our research in easily accessible formats such as video clips, top tips and crisp self-assessment tools. Our aim is always to use lessons from elsewhere to prompt people to think about what might work in their circumstances.
