Claire Nott

Claire has been with the company since 2014, progressing from a research consultant to her current position as a principal consultant. Claire is an experienced researcher and project manager. She has experience designing and undertaking qualitative and quantitative social research for a number of purposes including evaluation, learning and development, and strategy development. Claire’s projects cover many areas of social policy and public services, including arts and culture, health and health inequalities and skills and employment. Increasingly, Claire’s projects have focused on supporting clients to understand and address equality, diversity and inclusion issues.

Alongside her work with Si, Claire has volunteered for two charities; the Royal British Legion as a case worker in south London and Victim Support as a witness service volunteer at Inner London Crown Court. These experiences have been invaluable to understanding lived experiences of people from different backgrounds, including those who are vulnerable and living in difficult circumstances.

Claire has a keen interest in how people experience their social world, and particularly how their health and wellbeing and quality of life can be improved through governing policies and public services that frame their lives.
