Hayley Obioma

Hayley joined Shared Intelligence with an MA in Medical Law and Ethics from Kings College London, as well as an Upper-Second class LLB Law degree from the University of Warwick. During her studies, she conducted and presented research in relation to the NHS Gender Identity Development Service and Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services, examining the role policy plays in shaping the medicolegal framework on access to gender-related medical care for minors. She also gained a range of research and administrative experience during her time as a human resources assistant and a junior legal advisor, conducting research, supporting client interviews, and managing the scheduling of meetings, and the drafting of advice letters for clients.

At Shared Intelligence, she is currently supporting the team on two projects including an external review of the Care and Health Improvement Programme (CHIP) for the LGA and ADASS and an evaluation on behalf of the Health Foundation on their Health Inequalities Project.
