Kika Doyle

Kika joined Shared Intelligence in August 2025 after graduating from the London School of Economics with a Bachelor’s degree in History. During her time at university, she undertook extensive archival research at both the British National Archives and the Public Record Office of Northern Ireland, exploring the historical development of the Northern Ireland peace agreement.

She has co-authored a peer-reviewed article examining the role of higher education institutions in promoting gender equality across the Balkans. This research drew on qualitative interviews with gender equality experts, activists, and senior university leaders in the region, and employed thematic analysis to identify key insights and recommendations.

Prior to joining Shared Intelligence, Kika served as a Policy Intern at Magic Breakfast, where she gained valuable experience in public policy. Her work included producing a research report focused on enhancing the implementation and delivery of free breakfast provision in Wales.

At Shared Intelligence, Kika is currently working on a project for the King Baudouin Foundation, which seeks to address the complex and interrelated challenges of loneliness and declining civic engagement across society.
