Manav joined Shared Intelligence in 2022 after graduating with a First-Class degree in Geography from LSE. During his time at University, he undertook a dissertation to understand the predominant reasoning for the Brexit vote in areas with declining socio-economic performances. After drawing upon unique methods to identify suitable candidates, 75 interviews were conducted and analysed to offer conclusions and policy recommendations.
Manav is currently working on several projects for us, including the delivery of research for Norfolk County Council to develop a feasibility study for an investment fund. This is intended to improve opportunities for local communities by designing an accessible fund to support employment. In addition to this, Manav has been analysing data to help create an economic base for four East Surrey Local Authorities, who are partnering on a range of initiatives to understand their shared objectives and create an East Surrey Business Support Offer.
