As part of all of our projects in support of inclusive growth and development, housing and regeneration is a central consideration. Improving places with those who know it best, we engage with a range of audiences such as members, developers and service teams to interrogate actions to deliver.
Working with areas to support plan making from an economic perspective, Shared Intelligence reaches a deep understanding of a place, while bringing experience from a range of evaluation examples to share what works best.
We have worked with land owners and investors to support place-shaping outcomes at a local level and with LEPs to understand how key infrastructure of housing, public realm, transport and digital investment needs to be brought forward to deliver positive outcomes.
Examples of our work include:
- Milton Keynes 2050
- Basildon – Inclusive growth and housing
