Finance and Office Manager

Penny has worked in accounting & finance for over 10 years. She qualified as an Accounting Technician (AAT) in 2004 having studied financial / management accounting and personal taxation. She joined Si in 2011 to manage and develop the finance and administration side of the business.  Her main responsibilities include overseeing HR, payroll, polices and finance.

Day to day she manages the business cashflow and budgets, monitors the company productivity liaises with staff on all levels to monitor project profitability.

Her ability to work with people on all levels is essential in providing the Board with relevant insights into business performance and supporting effective financial planning and analysis. She provides full business support to ensure all accounting, financial, statutory and legislative controls are robust and effective.

Prior to joining Si, Penny was an Associate Director of BBP Regeneration, where she was responsible for managing the business finance and administration.

She has 20 years of experience in financial and admin operations across the public and private sector.
